I value your time and appreciate you valuing mine. To provide every client with the best possible experience I kindly ask that you review my appointment policies before booking. I understand that schedules change. I ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows: Clients who fail to arrive without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals: I offer a 10 minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes, may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, depending on the service and the availability to avoid delaying other clients.
Emergencies: Unexpected emergencies will be handled with understanding and on a case by case basis.
